I ordered this item weeks ago. Got a "it's been shipped" email with a link to the tracking number. The tracking number only states that you 'CREATED A SHIPPING LABEL" back on 9/30, but it's still not yet even be received by the postal company to ship. What does that mean??? Is there a delay??? This lack of communication and inaccuracy in telling me it's been "shipped" has negatively impacted my trust in your company. I still have no idea when I can even "expect" to receive my order. And I seriously doubt I'll hear anything from this review. UPDATE. I never did receive my order. According to the Postal Service, "the vendor created the shipping label" but the item was "never delivered for shipment". JoySwag has offered to refund my purchase. Since I never got the item, I expected that would be the case but at least it didn't take a fight and they did return my email request.
