There was a problem with shipping for some reason in the beginning. 15 days after i put the order through, my item wasn't shipped. I emailed joyswag about it. Henry Garcia emailed back a day later apologizing and reshipped my item. Told me to contact him again if anymore problems occur. A week later my item arrived. It was what i ordered and was in new condition. I ordered Seiko srn056. Overall I'm satisfied with the company and very satisfied with my watch. And thank you again Henry Garcia for your assistance.
