This is a comparatively large company dealing with a huge range variable product so I know its not the same as ordering, say, a mattress from John Lewis. I find this company consistently careful and polite when dealing with my order and doing its very best to fulfil it. They have never let me down when things have gone wrong. They let me know if not all of it is available and when I might receive it. Their website is clear and their prices are some of the very best. I always do very well towards the end of the season when they are particularly generous. I have two friends who feel precisely the same and I am very happy to recommend them but just remember that this product is subject to a lot of unpredictable conditions like the climate and the weather.
