I accumulated 27,000 points which was $50 per 1000. I just placed an order on Jan 5th and received $300 off for 6000 points. Less than 30 days later, the points are worth half the value. No notice or explanation. I just lost $675 because they decided to change the points to $25 off per 1000 points. They should have sent out a notice to customers so they had the option of using points at full value. Absolutely inexcusable.
