I was very specific about the engagement ring that I wanted, and finding a jeweler that was able to order it was very hard to find. My now husband found JR and was hesitant since they were fully online, but it turned out to be the perfect option. He said that the owners were very nice and responsive, and the whole process was really easy. He loving being able to pick out the diamond and see all of the information on each one. The turnaround time was a bit long but this was expected due to the specific request and they were very open about it up front. The ring turned out absolutely beautiful and was exactly what I wanted.
