Always very pleased with my purchases from House! Quality is top notch. I always enjoyed shopping in person. Now that I have moved out of state my shopping will need to be online. I am disappointed with one thing...shipping.on July 30 th live show you were having difficulty with shipping. You advertised $8 flat shipping and promised to make corrections with billing after the show. My account does not show any corrections. I am aware it's just a few dollars difference but to me it's the principle that matters.
