Great customer service. I attempted to reach them first thing in the morning but was unsuccessful because we are in different time zones. They called me back as soon as they opened and processed my order. The even told me they will make my order a priority given that duck hunting season was quickly approaching. The product was top notch and the price was good. The raffia grass is exactly what My boat needed for the added camouflage and depth. This company earned a 5 out of 5 stars.
