I ordered a beautiful tallit for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah on February 2, 2025. After a week of trying to call without an answer or availability to leave a message, I finally sent two emails for an update as the tallit had not been shipped out. After my second email, I was just informed today that the tallit had been discontinued. This has been 23 days since my order, and it would have been extremely helpful to have learned this information WITHOUT ME HAVING TO FOLLOW UP. They indicated a refund would be issued for which I will be urgently checking as the tallit was over $200. Unacceptable and poor customer communication.
