Ordered a few items from JS, and this was the first time an item had a defect.
It was quickly dealt with by JS's customer service (Dan), who immediately dealt with the issue so I was able to order an alternative within a day.
A positive experience isn't just about the quality of the garment, but also about the customer service and this was outstanding.
