I have used Jules B before and I have never had any problems until this last purchase. For some reason I was unable to login and reset my password and I actually left the website to look for the item elsewhere. After being unable to find the same item for around the same price I went back to Jules B website and tried again. Luckily I was able to login and purchase the item. I had to pay extra for next day delivery
