Excellent response and advice from Sophie and Bernie. E-mail as explained is a standard e message -this I think needs to be looked at as message is not always relevant. I asked for a replacement and not a refund.
There was a problem with the Jules b website, luckily I was helped through this problem(after three phone calls) by two very patient and pleasant ladies called Sophie and Bernie'
I'm looking forward to the delivery of my 'Lofina' product.
