I ordered 2 pairs of very well priced loake brogue shoes for myself and my best man his pair being the wrong size (my mistake) even though 28 days were up. I was able to return them free of charge. The correct size ordered and received next day and a full refund for returned pair received with in a few days. Great service from Jules B I have promised myself a trip to there Newcastle store..
