Last week I ordered an item which arrived very promptly, but sadly it was too big and I had to return it despite having checked sizing on the size chart etc. I contacted customer service to enquire how I should return the item and spoke to Emma, who was very helpful. However I’m not au fait with technology and so asked Emma to speak to my. wife to explain the process, which she duly did. She ended the conversation by saying if you have any further problems contact me. My wife did have problems getting the QR code from Royal Mail and so we contacted Emma again, explained the problem and she offered to send the QR code in an email for us which enabled us to send the item back without a problem. Emma went above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion and she is an asset to your company, very polite, helpful and respectful. Well done Emma.
