Very few shops I’d rate as highly as Jules B. Actually, I can’t think of any! The brands are great but it’s the ethos and the service that sets it apart. We’ve been doing the 180 mile round trip to visit both the Women’s and Men’s shops in Kendal for many years because the advice given is so completely genuine. Friendly, knowledgeable, non judgemental staff willing to spend time with customers makes shopping a joy. The retail world is ever changing and now seems particularly tough but Jules B has the ability to reinvent itself and stay in the game without ever losing its focus and positivity.
