I was initially quite apprehensive about placing my first online order with Jules B, as I had read some dreadful reviews about their service. However I recently made 3 orders, and each time the goods were posted to me in perfect condition the same day as the order was placed. When I had queries the customer number was answered promptly by a helpful assistant. I had to return two out of four garments I purchased, which was an easy process to follow. Refund arrived a week after the goods were received by Jules B. Would definitely use this retailer again.
