STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Awful products, awful customer service. Bought a sofa bed from Argos that turned up in a battered box that had been taped up and clearly been returned previously. The sofa had a rip in the back. Reported it the same day it was delivered and 6 days later they still haven’t arranged for a return, won’t talk directly to me and are asking questions to Argos which they already have the answers and then taking 24 hours to respond yet not start the return process! If we even ignore the awful customer service, the quality of the sofa on the whole was awful - no support and not made to last. A quick online search shows I’m not the only person to be treated badly by this company. I wish I’d looked before because I would’ve stayed away! Save your money. Buy cheap, buy twice!
