So far, with all my designer purchases online, this is the worst. The communication was very slow and the response to my concerns takes days to be addressed. Do not be fooled by their quite low-price and reasonable tag, once the exorbitant customs duties are sent to you you will be so frustrated. The whole process was chaotic, I even tried to hold the purchase before they ship and still they continued to send the good. The experience is definitely appalling.
