I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Julian Fashion, and my experience with them was horrible!!!! The shipment was quick, but the size of the shoes didnt fit when I received it, and I requested to make a return. I was informed me that I would be responsible for the customs fees, shipping, and return shipping fees, which I anticipated to be somewhat costly. And I was told they would provide the customs documents with the amount paid as proof upon the delivery of the return. Despite my expectations, the return process turned out to be way more expensive than I was told. When I received my refund, I noticed that I was charged over $100 more than it should be, and there was no refund amount mentioned in their refund confirmation email, and I never received any such import duties documents they promised. This experience has seriously led me to believe that this company might be engaging in questionable practices. I strongly advise others to stay away from Julian Fashion – this feels like a scam!
