I do like just fab and was happy enough with Its model when I joined and in initial year or two...it basically credits your account with £35.00 a month taken automatically via your debit card, and they add the value as a single a credit of 35 to your account to be used at any time . You can skip the month, and this was before 6th of a month...however I did sometimes forget, as you would likely too Joy! esp if I've not added to calendar reminders of switched it off which has led to multiple 35 value credits being taken off card which I did not want to add and actually I couldn't afford it that month. Plus I already had at least 5 other credits of sane value .Times can get difficult for most of us, but just fab wouldn't provide a refund despite my request and explanation as to challenging financial situation this month or last. This has irritated me more so now as the reason it was debited was because they had changed the time frame to be able to tick a box that states you do not wish to shop this month and no credit to be taken off. Usually this is by 6th of month but my account said many times before 6th that it was too late to do so. I am confused. They seem to be responding to covid 19 measures by extending tone frame,but this has not been clearly stated at all and other dates were used to take two credits on two months. Check all this stuff out and get it clarified by agent before signing up your debit card etc! I do however really like done of the clothes, handbags and of course shoes n boots!! Their jackets and coats are particularly noteworthy for me and my tastes. They can be quite creative and have found even the pu material jackets to be off good quality and long lasting. I do d sone clothing great too.. although can feel but over priced as average item at least 35.00 but goes up to around 54.00 routinely. There are good sales also but hard to really get good deals if using existing credits fixed at 35 each. Somecitems under 35 ,sone older, , and these don't fit into 35 credit biychers. Which is annoying. Like ranges offered but would prefer greater quality,esp on certain ankle or long boots. Handbags usually great and fab selection. The unique boutique is based on your choices at registration to explain your lifestyle, ideas, needs and things to avoid, and this is in addition. Have used it a bit like old fashioned story board...which works great, but website contains areas to highlight new styles and compare and contrast with contents of your closet to assess an items utility or share how much you like it and when to wear it and how... I like the rewards of up to 40 per cent discount off an order I think it is...depends on level of VIP membership. But been v handy for a forgotten bday gift, of Xmas party season when Jo time to go out but party dress...for examples! I do recommend just fab.
