I’m happy with the purchase, however, I ordered two pair of shoes to ensure a proper fit. One size fits, the other I would like to return. The timeline of two weeks to return the shoes was not sufficient. Since I had to email for direction on return procedures, I lost time in getting them returned.
Very disappointed and I feel I’m now stuck with a product that won’t work for me.
I would appreciate a response with a timeline extension to return the shoes. I will keep one pair
