This was my first purchase at the Just Golf Stuff website, after I opened an account and opted to get emails on product promotions with the understanding that I would get 10% off my first purchase. So I ordered the new clubs for my wife, but did not get the discount. No reason was given at the time, and nowhere did I see anything about exclusions to the discount. I sent in an inquiry about why I did not get the discount, and all I got back was 'Unfortunately, this item is not eligible for any additional discounts.' Very unprofessional, and not helpful. If you offer a discount, it should be honored unless you show exclusions on the site.
