I did not have a good experience. I ordered a golf rain jacket for my son. I ralized after I placed the order by I erroneously put the wrong street on the address-the house number,postal code etc was correct. I tried several times to call the telephone # on the order page to advise of the mistake. Was cut off several times but persisted and eventually was able to leave a message. The recording said that I would be contacted Never received a phone call. Also wrote an email. Eventually was advised that a member of the customer satisfaction team would contact me-never happened. !0 days later I got an email that the package was out for delivery. I phoned the delivery company to advise of the street error. They said they could not do anything about it. I asked if they could at least phone the delivery person"Sally" to advise of the wrong street name and to return the package. They said they could not do that. I advised that there was no such street tht i put on the address and that I hoped that the package wold be returned to sender, not just left on some doorstep.
As the jacket was a birthday present and I had no idea if or ever the jacket would be delivered I ordered another jacket. The day I ordered the second jacket the first one was delivered. Again I tried phoning and emailing your company to cancel the second order. Never got a response to either the phone calls or mail. Ten days later the second jacket arrived. Now my son has to go throught the hastle of returning the second jacket!!
