Never received order. Reached out within 5 minutes of ordering (by voicemail and email) to correct an incorrect address and was not helped in time. Never received a phone call back and the rep told me by email to follow up when the package wouldn’t be delivered successfully. But it was left at the incorrect address by the courier without confirmation at the door. Was never replied to after the fact to pursue any type of correction. I understand it was a mistake in the ordering that it used an old address on file for the delivery, but the lack of communication to amend this was unacceptable. Horrible experience and won’t be buying from you again.
