Despite my repeated requests across four separate communications, they refused to issue the promised credit and declined to provide a return shipping label for the faulty golf bag. This lack of accountability and failure to rectify the situation showcases a disappointing and unsatisfactory level of customer service. Overall, my experience with Just Golf Stuff has been incredibly frustrating, making it one of the most disappointing and unreliable companies I've encountered."
