All items I have ordered have arrived beautifully packaged and in good time.Any returns have been refunded promptly.I like quality clothes but find shopping difficult due to disability,.Being able to try on at home is a real bonus.Sometimes an item in high demand may be showing availability,however if a large number of the item are being processed online sometimes you may be disappointed as the item is sold out.Still an excellent source of quality clothing at great prices.
