I am finding it impossible to receive any items that I have placed orders for. I have ordered over 25 items and each and every time I see that my order status is cancelled. I then get an email saying "Sorry, some of the items you have ordered aren't available....." Some???? More like none! The money deducted from your account as the items are available when you place your order. My gripe is that you then have to wait days to have the money released back into your account. I think this company is acting in a disgraceful way. Maybe Senior Management are not aware of these underhanded tactics that are being used, they certainly need to be made aware. The website are advertising items for sale that are clearly not available and need to be looked into by trading standards, in fact I think it's time I passed details of the way this company is operating with evidence of what I have written for them to investigate this further.
