Excellent initial service, very good advice, very polite and very knowledgable!
Sadly the bike was delayed and wasn't delivered within their 2-3 day time scale (over a week), I'm not sure of the reason...possibly out of their control.
However, they were courteous and helpful. So for me I would definitely deal with them again :)
