Item arrived leaking and damaged in a plastic bag, contacted via email 3 times with pictures no response, contacted Paypal who provided a telephone number, contacted the company who resolved the issue.
Communication is poor and contact number was difficult to find. Reason for the poor rating is lack of communication which went on for a while.
