The 2 staff members were very helpful, suggested a good deal from the brand I originally intended to buy and dealt with the fitting and wheel alignment very efficiently - I do know that I could have bought these tyres online at a lower price but you were my choice - in conversation your fitter did explain how prices differ between large corporations and smaller ones but this conversation was before I had looked at online prices and had no bearing on my choice
