I had a very poor experience at Bletchley Milton Keynes. On obtaining a quote over the phone I was quoted £98 a tyre. On arrival, I was told that the tyre size had changed but 'not to worry as the tyres were in stock'. No mention of price whatsoever. After the job was completed I was asked for £440.00 as the price of the tyre was more expensive. Should this not have been made clear to me at the time before this point? You would think as I sat there while the job was done I would be told this does double the price of the original quote? I did get a reduced price in the end but still £130 more than the original quote. I was left in a very difficult situation and out of pocket from the original quote.
