Very attentive staff and provided the tyres wanted in a reasonable time. However, the facilities at the High Wycombe depot were very basic: toilets could be much cleaner and need decorating; waiting area very basic with very uncomfortable plastic chairs; no drinks or TV facilities, etc. Posters very informative but not followed up by the staff, for instance, one poster states to check the security of wheel nuts after 30-50 miles - not mentioned by the staff.
