didn't book an appointment but was fitted in and dealt with promptly and efficiently in the Letchworth branch. Staff were really nice and made me feel relaxed and not intimidated by being in that environment! Slightly more than I originally wanted to pay though but seems worth it in the long run and for the service I received.
