The service I received was thorough and helpful. The mechanic discussed with me what he recommended doing, and afterwards gave me a full account of what he had done. I have used the service before and continue to be impressed. I feel I can trust the mechanics and value the fact that they will do things like change a valve for no cost, and also that they request a return visit to check the wheel torsion. An estimate of the time taken to undertake the work is also realistic, which helps with planning when the work can be done.
