I rang your Sutton branch at 5.45pm and the chap who answered advised that they closed at 6pm but he did agree to check my tyre and if possible mend the puncture. I got the car in about 5.50 and true to his word he did, with a colleague's help, mend the puncture. I was away by 6.05pm. John was his name and he couldn't have been more helpful. Bertie.
