Well, I know times are tough for these guys but the price of the budget landsails suddenly creeping up to just shy of bridgestones when I only recently purchased landsails off them a few months prior to make me think "oh might as well get the bridgestones" was the first irritation. But then being told that they recommend tracking being done every 6 months even though I've got a failing balljoint and the tracking will all over the shop anyway and there's no point in doing it until I change the wishbone. Other than that though, they're friendly guys, I was just disappointed that on this occasion they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Normally I'd say recommended... but not on that particular day.
