LOVED the blackberry water!! (Product 5 stars) Customer service not so much. (Customer service no stars) Picked 1 star because it wouldn't submit otherwise. Reached out because I got an email saying our order was arriving on 6/2 checked track my order as it was getting late on 6/2 and noticed that the delivery date was now listed as pending. My credit card had already been charged. Contacted customer service by emailed because that was not something we had experienced with Just Water in the past. We have always been happy with the service and product. The response the next day from customer service was lest than impressive and basically said low on stock and 7-10 days was their ship time
