I love the taste, the environmental focus, and your community outreach (Flint, MI). I would suggest you redesign your spout and top of the carton as I always have to rip out the spout to get the last few ozs of water from the carton (and at the cost, I want to get it all). Also, I ordered my last order directly from JUST. I have only opened one box so far, but one of the 33.3 oz cartons had leaked some in transport. No big deal, but thought you'd want to know. The only reason I give 4 out of 5 is the spout design. The only reason for 9 instead of 10 for the likelihood of recommendation is the high cost.
