Received multiple cases and one was damaged and all but 2 bottles had a slow leak that wasn’t discovered until a couple days after it arrived. Customer service made a “one one exception” for us but indicated next time we would need to contact the shipper. If shipping is included shouldn’t that be on JUST WATER to make it right no matter what? I also didn’t design their packaging so any substandard bottles or boxes should be their issue. Stand behind your products.
