I know you need assistance for medical help, the website is all bot run and you are not actually talking to any physician, you also will not be able to get any prescriptions you need. The site does not indicate this clearly until you ask them additional question as after you sign up they continue to request additional money. The UK 111 number should be banning them from their referral system.
