Bought a set of bc v1 coilovers and had all my questions answered without any hesitation by James. I picked them up on a Saturday and as the coilovers were getting done the same day and i couldn't get any help once the store was closed, having all my questions answered helped make installing them go smoothly. James was also more than helpful and answered a few extra questions that didnt relate to the coilovers but for a future purchase and that alone has solidified me going back as a future customer and recommending them to everyone. The bc v1's set on full soft are so nice and comfortable to drive on, regardless of the 8&6kg springs as they're dampened to suit, and are nicer than my daily driver. On full hard, they are nice and firm from the short drive I've had them set on but wouldn't be an issue on bumpy corners unless you were being stupid.
