I ordered a set of coil-overs, which were advertised as being 'on backorder' and would take approx 2-3 weeks. Before ordering, I emailed the team and they provided more detail about the likely lead time. After I ordered, I received a follow-up email from a team member checking that I was aware of the delay time. This was very professional and thoughtful of the team and I think shows a commitment to good customer service. As it happens, the coil-overs turned up in a little over a week! Much to my surprise! Communication was good and freight was direct-to-door. I have dealt with JustJap quite a bit over the years and their service on this occasion was the best I have ever experienced.
