I purchased a coule of quick release hubs for steering wheels as i want to be able to easily change between 2 different wheels. The first ones I got I could not get to work, I contacted Just Jap and they organised a return to check the items. I got a quick reply and basically the hubs were very tight from new and needed a fair amount of force to get them to lock. I couldn't speak higher of their help to get this sorted and there was no additional costs to send back and have these returned to me. Thanks guys.
