The item was damaged but strangely enough an agent read my review and got back to me ASAP with the option of replacement or credit to make a new purchase I did request a credit because I only purchase this item to see the quality of the material. There was a small imperfection that made the item not functionable but customer service seems like they're going to take care of the issue without me even asking I will be purchasing a more expensive item that I originally wanted seeing as a service is good I have changed my review from one star to five stars
