I had never used myfirstblush.com before but they seem like a reputable company so I decided to order from them. The fast and free shipping if you spend over $59 dollars seemed like a great deal so I opted to buy from them. I received my order just under two weeks later, a day later than projected. No big deal. I received the box and one end of the box was cut off cleanly and taped over with clear packing tape. One of my items was missing which I was disappointed about but I figured I'll live. My First Blush followed up to make sure everything was ok, which was great. I told them the situation and they concluded the package had most likely damaged and they will replace the missing item for me. Great customer service! I waited a few days and nothing shipped. They then contacted me and then asked for photos of the label so I sent them the photos. Still nothing. I've emailed them and no response days later. This soured by impression of the company as they appear to have the a good infrastructure to provide excellent customer service but lack the follow-through to make it a great company. I would have cut my losses when I discovered the item missing and moved on but when the company wastes my time in processing a replacement and then reneged on fulfilling ordered and not responding is bad business and poor form. Needless to say I will not be using this company again. I'm sure they're a good company if everything goes right but don't expect them to rectify and issues should you encounter any. any problems.
