Never in my life have I encountered a company like this, the way they treat their customers is appalling. I returned a bottle of perfume which was unopened in the original packaging and still in the padded bag it arrived in, I placed the unopened package in a box and sent it straight back via Royal Mail 24 Tracked and Signed For, they received my package and signed for it then just never bothered to refund me my £89.99 despite me sending proof numerous times of my proof of postage proof of delivery and proof of signature, there is even a photo of where it was delivered too. I will be contacting Citizens Advice and Trading Standards to see what can be done about this. Their Customer Service is a joke they either just blank you fob you off. The return was authorised by them and now they have both my cash and their goods and I have absolutely nothing.
