Response and delivery performance first class. Lack of instruction manual for the generator supplied was unfortunate. Customer should not have to locate this online. When this difficulty was brought to your notice it was good to get immediate action from your staff. Sadly the required manual was not correct for the equipment supplied with graphics and text incompatible. This means parts and spares may not be correctly identifiable. I am told that an updated and correct copy will be available in May and I do hope this black mark on an otherwise excellent service will be corrected. Please assure me that this will be so.
