I purchased a Car Battery Charger from Just off Base. The site was easy to use and the whole transaction was fine. However when the parcel arrived there was a small tear in the outer carton which I tended to ignore. However two days later when I was given the whole package as a gift from my wife I discovered a substantial dent in the outer casing of the product. I checked if the product worked which it did, so I accept that perhaps I should have been more careful when I took delivery. I am not unduly worried about the defect as its an industrial tool which will be used roughly and I have no wish to go through the aggro of parcelling it up and returning it for replacement. Its just a little disapointing that the carrier somewhere along the line has allowed this product to be roughly handeled, as I am certain it never left the factory in this condition. This is one disadvantage of buying over the net.
