I had been let down by another company with whom I had placed an order only to be told subsequently they didn't have the item in stock, so I did a web search for companies selling the same model of air cooler, Justoffbase came up as a possibility, as the price was comparable to what I had intended to pay, I placed an order. The order process is very simple and from my experience if they say it is in stock then it really is! their customer service team emailed me soon after saying that my order was being processed, and again when it was going out for delivery, so I knew exactly where my item was throughout. I had asked for standard postage but the item was delivered much sooner than expected. Overall a very happy customer who would recommend to others.
