To ALL people who are waiting for a refund, i suggest the next. If you bought with a credit card, please inform the organisation with whom you did the financial transfer, e.g. VIsa, Amex, paypall a.o. They will take your case as serious and they will file a financial claim for the refund. The result of the reimbursement is very high. In other cases, i would recommend that you inform the staff of this company that you will file a claim and share it with the Public Prosecutor of the town where this company is based.
