Pods leak. Raised the problem and I was asked numerous questions in their questionnaire and wasted so much time dealing with it with no satisfactory ending.
Tried charging device without pod to see whether any improvement. Seemed better and even changed device but leaking again. Even though their Customer Service was quite efficient and replied quite quickly I am of the opinion that all they had to do was to apologise and give replacement. I now see ( June 2024) reviews now that it happens to other users as well. Juul must rectify and at least offer to replace defective pods.
